Nthabiseng Mojela
Nthabiseng Mojela completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Management in 2014. She later joined a mining consulting company gaining experience in the IT industry as a software support analyst for a period of 2 years.
Nthabiseng has since joined one of Africa’s largest Credit Bureau further expanding her knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance (IT) focusing on developing and executing test strategies and test cases on automation and manual testing ensuring the quality delivery of products.

Co-founder Alphatech Holdings, previously Group CEO of Jasco Electronics Holdings Limited a JSE listed group of companies, from July 2018 to March 2020. This included Carrier and Enterprise telecommunication business units, IT infrastructure and services business units, Internet of Things business, Security & Fire business units, Power & Renewable Business units, Electrical Manufacturers business;
Group COO of Jasco Electronics Holdings Limited from 2013, and managing director of Jasco ICT Solutions from 2011, and the divisional managing director of Telesciences from 2010;
Founded Maringo Telecommunications, a convergent ICT ISP and channel partner with Vodacom business;
COO of Nokia Siemens Networks Southern Africa;
Managing director of Fixed Networks at Siemens Telecommunications;
Over 20 years within the Information Communication Technology sector with expertise in management, strategy, sales, marketing, operations and financial management.
Martin Van der Poel
KPMG’s corporate finance department, holding responsibilities in: forensic accounting, mergers & acquisitions, privatizations, valuations, due diligence reviews, stock exchange compliance work and financial modelling – both with local and international clients;
Listed ICT company, holding responsibilities in: Head of mergers & acquisitions, legal, risk management and internal audit departments and responsible for growth through acquisition, negotiated large ICT outsourcing agreements whilst establishing group risk management and group internal audit functions;
Routledge Modise Inc. as director of the corporate finance department: Main objective to provide clients with integrated services of commercial, legal and traditional corporate finance services;
Founded Fuller Choice Investments, in 2008, a proprietary Investment business focuses on investing in the SME market;

Rashaad Sujee
Rashaad Sujee graduated with BCom and LLB degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand. After serving his articles at Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa Inc. he joined their corporate mergers and acquisitions department.
Holding valuable experience in employment and labour law, telecoms, commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, state-owned companies, procurement, legal due diligence and regulatory reviews, general banking and finance, cross-border financing, Islamic finance, lending and syndicated lending and project finance.
Ethene Steenkamp
Ethene Steenkamp is a co-founder of Alphatech Holdings and is an experienced corporate finance M&A professional as well as a proven structured debt and private equity investment executive.
He has a demonstrable track record of working in the financial services industry both in the UK and in South Africa at some of the leading banks including Investec and ABSA as head of Specialised Lending and Private Equity within ABSA’s Business Banking division.
With nearly 30 years of investment banking experience, he is primarily responsible for Alphatech’s deal origination, transaction structuring and capital raising activities.
